For plaster crack repairs, we will first conduct a full evaluation, grinding the plaster down to the gunite, to determine whether it is a structural or surface crack. For structural crack repairs, an epoxy is used to fill the crack, and then new plaster is added.
Rebar stains are easily fixed by chipping out the stained and surrounding plaster, rusted rebar removed, then patch the hole with new plaster.

Some pool repairs can be done without draining the pool and are usually inexpensive.
Commercial & residential Drain Cover Replacements can be done without draining the pool and are required by the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act. We can assist you to insure your home or commercial pool and spa are VGB Compliant.
Epoxy repairs such as small cracks in the pool shell, jet inlets, light conduits, skimmer throats, drain buckets.
Plumbing repairs can be made the same day as a leak detection in some cases. Some repairs can take a full-day to complete.
Skimmer Replacements usually require a full day to complete and the pool needs to be drained a few inches.
