From the first conversation to the final walk-through, every project follows a process built on clarity and trust.
PHASE 01
The Discovery Call
Everything begins with a conversation. When you reach out, Thomas personally calls to talk through your ideas, your vision, and the specifications of your project. He'll give you a realistic sense of budget and, just as importantly, whether we're the right fit for one another. If it feels right, we schedule a visit to your property.
PHASE 02
The On-Site Consultation
This is where vision meets reality. Thomas walks your property to understand it fully — access for heavy equipment, sightlines and views worth protecting, and the design ideas that would elevate how you live in your space. It's also where we're honest about anything that could shape the project: HOA requirements, city permitting, soils and engineering. If plans already exist, we review them together.
PHASE 03
Design, Engineering & Permits
Whether you arrive with architect's plans or a blank slate, we build from there. If you have plans, we work from them. If you don't — or if they need refining — we develop a custom, permit-ready set together. Every detail is engineered properly before a shovel touches the ground, because a beautiful pool begins with a sound plan.
PHASE 04
Construction
Once your plan and engineering are complete, we prepare a full proposal — the complete picture, up front. From there,
Thomas manages the entire build personally. You have a direct line to him for every question, concern, or change.
Constant communication guides each phase: scheduling, approvals, material selections. Nothing is handed off, and
nothing is left unclear.

PHASE 05
Startup & Final Walk-Through
When construction is complete, our team performs the full startup and gives you a hands-on tutorial of your new pool
and outdoor living space. We then service the project through its first 30 days, making sure everything runs beautifully
before it's truly yours to enjoy.
